Today’s the day! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017 has gone public! I had an absolute blast this weekend shopping at Nordstrom and putting this post together. I was thinking about how much I’ve been talking up the Nordstrom Sale lately when this showed up in my Timehop. It’s simply a fact of life – I love Nordstrom.
I included all of the sizes I’m wearing to help you get an idea of what size you might be.
I live in leggings and Zella makes my favorites. I wash mine on delicate and hang dry them on a rack. My oldest pair is nearly 4 years old and they still look so good that I wear them to work. I’m wearing a Medium in everything pictured.
I ended up going with a different pair of Toms booties, but a week later and I still find myself thinking about these peep-toe heels. The Gentle Souls sneakers are SO comfortable, but be sure to size up! I had to go up a full size.
There is so much hype surrounding Barefoot Dreams® and how soft their blankets and sweaters are. I wasn’t planning on purchasing one of these but when I stopped through lingerie (side note: bra shopping is the worst), I slipped one on. Big mistake. This only comes in two sizes: S/M and L/XL. They only had the larger of the two, but I actually really liked how slouchy it fits.
Who doesn’t love a dress with pockets? This dress is definitely on the pricier side, but I can see it transitioning through all of the seasons really well – pair it with tights in the winter, a light scarf in the spring, sandals in the summer and a great leather jacket in the fall. I’m wearing a Medium.
Now, HOW have I never tried Madewll jeans? The fabric is so incredibly soft and the high rise is super comfortable. I’m a 29. The linen tee is also from Madewell, perfect for throwing on when you want to look cute without really trying. I’m wearing a Medium.
Last but not least, my favorite top that I tried on. This ruffle top made me feel both feminine and professional. The slightly stretchy fabric and wide bell sleeves let you move comfortably so you don’t feel constricted at your desk or out for dinner. This was my first time wearing AG Jeans and I really liked how they fit. I’m wearing a Medium in the Sincerely Jules top and a 30 in the AG Ex-Boyfriend jeans.
