Happy Valentine’s Day! Today I am bringing you some kissable lip liners and lipsticks from Bite Beauty. These were kindly sent to me from Influenster and I was so excited to be included in this vox box. I fell in love with Bite lipsticks a year ago and you can read my full review on those here.
The lipstick shades included are Whiskey (deep burgundy) and Honeycomb (brown nude). The lip liners match and are 004 and 002.
This is the lip liner and the lipstick. I’m not a fan of brown nudes on my skin tone. I think I need pink nudes, but the formula of these is incredible.
This is just the lip liner. This shade is opaque enough to stand on its own, which is why I like it so much.
This is with the lipstick layered on top. With such a dark color, the lip liner is pretty necessary.
Final Thoughts: The full size lipsticks retail for $26 and are absolutely worth the price. I’m on my second tube of pepper. The lip pencil is $18, which I don’t think is bad for a lip liner. I normally prefer retractable pencils because they tend to be creamier, but these glide on effortlessly.
If you think you need the lip liner for the Amuse Bouche lipsticks, you don’t. They’re opaque enough to stand on their own. If you’re a fan of lip liners though and like to overdraw and wear dark colors, I think they are beautiful.
