Time feels like it is passing at lightning speed. Normally April is a boring month, but this one was awesome. I went to Wisconsin, Chicago, got my cap and gown (holy shoot graduation) and a bunch of other fun stuff. Here’s what was hanging out on my face:
e.l.f. Daily Hydration Moisturizer: To be honest, I was very skeptical about e.l.f. diving into skincare. Slightly off topic: I’m in a Brand Management class this semester and we’ve talked a lot about companies reaching outside their “brand,” so I didn’t know if I was going to like this moisturizer when I got it in the mail. e.l.f. proved me wrong. This has a very light, fresh scent, is lightweight but still moisturizing, and sits well under makeup. However, the pump broke on me, which is a little annoying.
ColourPop – Puppy Love: WHY are super-shock shadows so good? Unfortunately this exact color is gone, but as we all know, you can’t beat these shadows. I’ve been wearing this all-over the lid and as a highlighter.
Benefit Majorette: This cream-to-powder blush is super pretty. It’s a very pretty peachy-coral color and perfect for spring/summer
Maybelline Color Elixer Lip Color: These glosses are pretty pigmented and I love this pink color. They are a little sticky, so be warned if you don’t like that in a gloss.
Maybelline Dream Lumi Highlighting Concealer – Radiant: I’ve talked about this concealer a lot in the past and it’s made its way back to the daily routine.
