Primers: Benefit vs. e.l.f.

During the colder months it’s nice to have a primer with a little extra moisture in it. I absolutely love my Benefit That Gal Brightening Face Primer, but it can get pricey! While the e.l.f. specifically says for under eyes, I don’t think it really matters.

Benefit That Gal Brightening Face Primer $29 for 0.37 oz

  • (Twist up product) Soaks in easily, smoothes over imperfections

e.l.f. Studio Hydrating Under Eye Primer $3 for 0.35 oz

  • (Pump out product) Creamy, moisturizing, and illuminating

Both are a little pinky and act very similar. The e.l.f. primer takes a little longer to soak in but that’s the only difference. If you have the extra cash, That Gal isn’t a waste by any means but if you’re on a budget, for 1/10 the cost…grab the e.l.f!
