Building a Makeup Bag for Under $100

I wanted to create a makeup bag that would be ideal for someone just getting into makeup or a minimalist. A lot of times, you can find things even cheaper with promos (especially CVS) and sales (sign up for the e.l.f.’s emails). Obviously, leave out anything you don’t need/like to customize it. I hope you enjoy!
