Happy 2018! I wanted to get this post up yesterday but the flu decided to take over my body in the worst way possible. My accomplishments so far this year include drinking a water bottle, juice and almost sleeping through the night. In other news, I wanted to share some of the goals I have for 2018. A lot of them are small but they’re tiny steps to taking better care of myself. I’d love to hear your resolutions as well, so leave those down below: Dairy-free diet: This one is rough and is going to be pretty difficult.
